What to Expect for Your First Appointment 

Payment: 
We will take payment when you schedule the appointment. If you need to cancel, please notify us 24 hours 
in advance for a full refund. There is a $30 fee for cancellations made less that 24 hours 
before your visit, and a $60 fee for no-shows. 

What to Bring: 
Bring or wear althetic clothing so you can move easily during treatment. We
suggest shorts and a tee shirt.

Your Appointment:
Your first appointment will be about an hour long, including completing patient intake 
forms. Upon arrival, you will be greeted by one of our staff, who will guide you through
the intake proccess. 

Once you are checked in, the doctor will do an evaluation to make a diagnosis. The evaluation 
consists of range of motion, reflex, and neurological tests. The doctor will discuss your 
symptoms with you and make a treatment plan. 

After the elvatuation, you will be treated. Patients typically need several rounds of 
treatment to heal from an injury. We specialize in cutting edge treatments including Graston
and Active Release Technique. The doctor may give you exercises to do at home. 

When you check out, we will we offer to schedule your next appointment. If you are planning
to schedule several appointments, you may want to purchase a package of appointments
at a discounted rate.
